The Zsirai Winery was established by Csaba Zsirai in 2005. After his tragically early death in 2011 his daughters, Petra and Kata took over to fulfil his dream. Love of nature and respect for tradition are the main principles of the winery. Working in three emblematic Hungarian wine regions (Tokaj, Somló, Villány) and cultivating indigenous varieties, their goal can only be putting Hungary back on the map of the wine world.
