The Aletta grape variety is the result of crossing Muscat Ottonel and Seyve Villard. It is a light, fresh, fragrant Muscat wine, popular in warmer periods, spring and summer. It is a pale straw yellow, light white wine. In its aroma profile, Muscat blossom is the most prominent, followed by citrus, ripe lime and peach aromas. On the palate, it is dry and extremely light, and the taste delivers what it promises in its aromas. The finish is remarkably long. It is a nice accompaniment to salads, white meat dishes, fish and seafood.
