This exceptional wine is made exclusively from selected Merlot grapes from the Ördögárok vineyard and is produced only in outstanding vintages. The winemaker wanted to emphasise its extraordinary quality by naming it after ‘Il Magnifico’, Lorenzo di Piero de’ Medici. The grapes and the wine made from them must satisfy expectations of a unique flavour and complexity. It is matured in new barrique barrels for 24 months. Its appearance and deep, dark colour reflect the characteristics of the year and the terroir. Its abundant flavour and aroma tend towards milk chocolate, sour cherries steeped in rum, prunes and tobacco. It is recommended with chocolate desserts, cigars and for very special moments.
