At Bolyki Vineyards, quality is our top priority and for many years we have been striving to produce the highest quality Bikavér, i.e. Grand Superior. Putting the pieces of the puzzle together has been a painstaking process, but finally, thanks to a lucky vineyard acquisition, in the 2020 vintage we were able to harvest grapes of such quality from four different grape varieties in the Öreghegy vineyard in Verpelét that it became possible. After tasting the barrels in the cellar and blending the grapes, it was clear that the winery’s flagship wine had been born.
