Golden yellow grapes from our vineyards were carefully selected and harvested in early October. Gently pressed in whole bunch, then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 months on the fine lees. The wine shows elegant, ripe stone fruit aromas with crisp acidity and a subtle, salty mineral character. The extended lees aging adds texture and depth while preserving freshness, resulting in a refined yet approachable wine.
