The nose reveals fresh, moderately bright citrus notes, followed by ripe pears and juicy peaches. In the background, white flowers and a hint of acacia can be detected. On the palate, soft, elegant effervescence brings back the fruits detected in the aroma, complemented by the taste of quince. The mild saltiness of the finish makes the lively, vibrant palate even more enjoyable. The Chardonnay grapes were harvested at full maturity using the tank sparkling process, and the must was fermented in a pressure-resistant tank. The sparkling wine was then aged for a further three months on fine lees prior to bottling.
