Zsófia Cuvée is the base sweet late harvest blend of Pelle Pince. We strive to produce our late harvest blend with an approximately equal mix of grapes and levels of natural residual sugar and acidity. This helps to ensure continuity and keep the wine on the wine list. The grapes are harvested from three historical first-class vineyards: Király, Betsek and Dancka. For our Zsófia Cuvée, we aim to avoid botrytised grape bunches and strike a balance between fruity acidity and residual sugar. Our Zsófia Cuvée is a superb wine for the HORECA sector, as it is easy to understand and smooth to drink.
