Olaszrizling is the most widely planted white variety in our wine region. It is made with a reductive process. The grapes were harvested before full ripeness at 3.2 pH. The aim is to preserve the crispiness and freshness along with the fruity aromas. Our wine has a pale yellow colour with intense citrus on the nose. It is well balanced, with firm acidity and almond aromas on the palate.
