Pale straw-yellow in colour with silver reflections. A beguiling nose of luscious, ripe fruit – pear, mango and melon, a hint of citrus and sweet floral aromas – honeysuckle and acacia – with fresh vegetative notes of hay. Undertones of new wooden barrels. Full in taste, with nicely rounded acids, it fulfills the promise of the aroma – melon, hay and lime minerality with a longer than average finish.
