It’s medium-deep ruby color is made even more tempting by the uniformly flowing legs and signs of high viscosity. A warm, spicy aroma with an intensity typical of the variety, into which chocolate and cinnamon gently float, which is made even more complex by light mint. On the palate, it is balanced and full-bodied with a tension that rhymes with the modern taste of wine. Despite its elegant acidity and restrained tannin structure, decanting is recommended. Blackberries and chocolate dominate. Zala’s red wine is truly enchanting. It is at its most exciting when paired with forest mushroom pasta dishes. Give in to temptation!
