This dry red wine of protected designation of origin, classified as superior, made from grapes grown in the vineyards of Egerszólát – specifically the Kántor-tag and Csutaj plots. It is a blend of Kékfrankos, Kadarka, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, produced with a low yield of 1 kg per vine. Hand-harvested, the wine was fermented for 24 days in open vats with manual punching down, followed by aging in wooden barrels. Building on the experience of the first vintage, this wine has been crafted using a wider variety of grapes and enriched by new insights.
