The Egersoul Winery in Egerszólát is a young and dynamic vineyard founded in 2022 by Első Szóláti Borház. Located just west of Eger and perched at the highest point of the village, its 25 ha estate boasts panoramic views of Eged Hill, the Bükk and Mátra ranges. Egersoul cultivates both white and red varieties—including Olaszrizling, Hárslevelű, Furmint, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Kékfrankos, Kadarka, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon—across three named vineyard parcels: Nagy Határ, Kántor Tag and Csutaj.
