BalatonBor is made from selected Olaszrizling grapes. This is a highly drinkable yet substantial Balaton wine, primarily intended for use in gastronomy and for regional sales. In addition to objective parameters, its quality is also guaranteed by a panel of judges convened by the Balaton Circle and the Rizling Generation. It is recommended with cheeses and poultry dishes, but is also an excellent choice on its own or as a refreshment.
