One of the region’s key grape varieties receives special attention in our winery as well. This vintage was harvested in mid-October by hand. The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe sour cherry and fresh red berries, bursting with vibrant, fruity energy. The oak is used with restraint, subtly enhancing the structure without overshadowing the pure fruit character. On the palate, it is focused and well-defined, featuring lively acidity and an elegant, balanced body. Flavours of sour cherry, ripe cherry, and a hint of spice linger on the clean, long finish.
