It is a light straw yellow colour. The nose is dominated by notes of salty honey and elegant barrel spices. On the palate, it is intensely fruity and creamy, with a velvety texture, and it also showcases the volcanic character of the vineyard. The steep, south-western slope is characterised by varied soil structures and a colourful composition. There are high levels of clay and fine grains of kaolin, resulting in a porous structure in the rocky terrain. The wines produced on this slope are heavy, rich and creamy. The vine stocks are 20 to 30 years old.
