On the palate, the wine is dry, salty, with a lively acidity, a muscular body with a tight surface and vibrant energy. On the palate, basalt and fruit are paroled. This wine is nothing but a BRIDGE between the place of production and the consumer. A great accompaniment to fish and poultry dishes and roast pork.
