The grapes come from three sustainably farmed vineyards in different parts of the Tokaj region. This wine is always produced using traditional methods. The grapes were hand-harvested, then the bunches crushed and destemmed. After gentle pressing, the juice was settled and fermented in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was aged on the lees for 4 months in steel tanks. For the 2024 Tokaj Dry, we sought to preserve the light, fresh fruity aromas, along with the powerful structure Tokaji wines are known for. The wine’s good acidity is nicely complemented by minerality and residual sugar.
