An elegant, premium-quality Bordeaux blend made from organic grapes. The Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes were sourced from the Kopár vineyard, while the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes came from the Tenkes vineyard. The Merlot was harvested in early October, the Cabernet Franc in mid-October and the Cabernet Sauvignon in late October. Each wine was fermented and matured separately, then blended after fining.

Tasting notes: A complex bouquet of red and black fruits, dominated by blueberries and rounded off with sweet spices. The palate reveals fine acidity and an intense structure emphasised by elegant minerality. Notes of leather add depth.
