Laposa Alcohol-Free Olaszrizling is real wine, with the alcohol gently removed via vacuum distillation at around 30 °C to preserve the delicate aromas. Unlike most wines, which lose flavour in this process, we use SOLOS® technology to capture and return the aromas lost with the alcohol. The result is an elegant, refreshing and characterful non-alcoholic drink that delivers the full wine experience – without the alcohol.
