Produced from healthy and perfectly ripe grapes that have been gently processed. During fermentation, we ensured a moderate temperature of 16-17 degrees and then aged the wine until bottling. This wine is very mineral and has deep flavours and aromas. An ideal companion to pork and veal dishes.
