Vylyan Mandulás Villányi Franc, 2021

The hand-selected grapes were processed gently, with fermentation and maceration lasting 21 days. The free-run juice was racked without pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation. This wine was awarded a 95-point Gold at the 2025 DWWA: “Vivid red berries, bell pepper and fresh herbs unfold over toasted oak. The palate shows soft, grainy tannins and fine tobacco on the refreshing finish”. Hailing from the Mandolas and Gombas vineyards in Villány, this Franc embodies elegance and harmony, offering notes of dark berries and dark chocolate, and displaying balance and length.
