This medium-bodied wine shows a well-balanced structure. Spiciness of pepper, nutmeg, and clove appears first, followed by red and blue fruits like cornelian cherry, ripe cherry, and plum. A touch of smokiness adds to its complex character. A true Jolly Joker for food pairings, as it is both multifaceted and exciting. Each vineyard lot was vinified separately: fermentation started in open tanks with closed pumping over, continued on skins for 14–24 days, then underwent natural malolactic fermentation, mostly in barrique barrels.
