From 4 hectares of certified organic vines, only estate-grown grapes are used — hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented in wood or amphora. No fining or filtration. The lineup includes Tabunello (Sangiovese), a single Bordeaux-style red blend, varietal reds, structured whites like Olaszrizling, and a skin-contact Pinot Gris.
