Villa Gyetvai

Villa Gyetvai Winery is based in a historic villa surrounded by old trees in Balatonfüred. Its grapes come from vineyards in Paloznak, Aszófő and Tihany, and are turned into wines in the villa’s cellar. The portfolio includes fresh, elegant whites, the light and fruity Rosso, and structured reds like Syrah. Traditional Balaton grapes such as Olaszrizling, Furmint and Kékfrankos are key, but Riesling and Chardonnay also play a role.

They’ve recently added Belvedere Brut, a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Furmint. Whether in the vineyard or the wine bar downstairs—home to exhibitions, tastings, and cultural events—nature, wine and heritage meet in every detail.
