Barcza Orange Wine Somló, 2021

Olaszrizling is the most popular grape variety in Hungary. The grapes for this wine were farmed organically. Fermented on the skins for two weeks. It has low alcohol content, high acidity, and great elegance. The orange wine technology does not mask the terroir, resulting in a very mineral, salty wine. It was not aged in barrels, only in tanks.
