Cuvée Me is an elegant wine with an aromatic citrus flavour and a complex, citrusy taste. It is primarily made from grapes grown in different parts of Paloznak, where the soil is predominantly red sandstone and marl, which is characteristic of the region. From 2023 onwards, the vineyards will be converted to organic farming and the grapes will be harvested by hand. The winemaking process uses natural and modern methods, ensuring that Cuvée Me contains pure terroir.
