You can feel and taste the evolution we are going through in the 2022 vintage of our Bárka red blend. Its varietal composition is even more exciting and pleasant, with a higher proportion of Kékfrankos (over 40%), Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah, which is a new addition. It was fermented with organic yeast in tanks on the skins for two weeks. It was then aged in 225-litre, medium-toasted barrels for almost a year before being bottled. The result is a wine that is lively, with a good structure and a fruity character. Its aroma is full of red berries and forest fruits, with hints of cherry and spice. On the palate, the fruit dominates, yet it remains lively and elegant with just the right weight. It’s a certified ORGANIC wine.
